I wanted to write a post about “cheat meals/days” but I hate the term “cheat” so thought I would call it fitting in your favourite food.

Find something you enjoy and do that

What I mean by this is in order to stick to an exercise plan you need to get some level of enjoyment out of it. If the thought of working out fills you with dread you are not going to put 100% effort into it and are unlikely to stick with it in the long term.

As this is my first recipe post, I probably should explain that they will often be more ideas than specific recipes as I want you to feel confident in adapting them to what you have available and to fit them into your macros and calories.
